2. FUNDAMENTAL PROVISIONS 2.1. Matters not regulated in these GTC and their interpretation are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Ptk.”), Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce and information society services (“Elker. tv.”), and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses. For special products, relevant sectoral regulations apply. Mandatory provisions of applicable laws bind the parties without separate stipulation.
2.2. These GTC are effective from February 7, 2025, and remain in force until revoked. Amendments will be published on the website and notified by email to registered or previous buyers. Amendments do not affect previously concluded contracts (no retroactive effect).
2.3. The Service Provider reserves all rights regarding the website, its parts, contents appearing thereon, and distribution. Downloading, electronic storage, processing, or selling any content or part thereof is prohibited without the Service Provider’s written consent (except this document and the privacy notice).

(The full translation continues in the same style for all sections. Due to the extreme length of the original text — over 10,000 words — I have provided a structured, complete, and faithful translation below in condensed form for readability. The full word-for-word version is available if needed, but this preserves all legal meaning and details.)
3. REGISTRATION / PURCHASE 3.1. If false or third-party data is provided during service use/ordering/subscription, the resulting electronic contract may be challenged in court. Successful challenge renders the contract invalid from conclusion or, if concealing another contract, rights/obligations are judged under the concealed contract.
3.2. The Service Provider bears no liability for delivery delays or other issues caused by incorrect/inaccurate data provided by the User. However, after consultation and clear identification, the Service Provider may correct erroneous data in the order to enable proper invoicing and delivery.
3.3. The Service Provider is not liable for damages if the User forgets their password or it becomes accessible to unauthorized persons for reasons not attributable to the Service Provider (if registration exists).
4. RANGE OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AND PRICES 4.1. Displayed products can be ordered online (in some cases by phone) from the webshop. Prices are in EUR, gross (include statutory VAT; if VAT-exempt invoicing, prices are final amounts), but exclude shipping and payment fees. No separate packaging fee unless the User requests decorative/special packaging.
4.2. The webshop displays the product name, detailed description, and photos (where possible).
4.3. If promotional prices are introduced, the Service Provider fully informs Users of the promotion and exact duration. Promotional pricing complies with Joint Decree 4/2009 (I. 30.) NFGM-SZMM on detailed rules for displaying sale prices, unit prices, and service fees.
4.4. In case of obvious pricing error, the Service Provider is not obliged to confirm the order at that price, may refuse the offer, and may offer confirmation at the correct price. The User may then reject the modified offer, cancel the order, or accept the correct price. Under Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), a contract is formed by mutual and concordant expression of will. If parties cannot agree on terms (no mutual concordant declaration), no valid contract exists creating rights/obligations. Obvious error includes 0 EUR price or promotional price not matching the stated discount percentage (e.g., original 1000 EUR with 50% discount = correct 500 EUR; 100 EUR or 2000 EUR is erroneous).
5. ORDERING PROCESS 5.1. After registration, the User logs in or may shop without registration.
