NadaNoir offers the world’s most exclusive designer pieces – and we’ve designed our shipping service to match this premium standard of luxury. Every order is dispatched from our EU warehouses, with full insurance coverage and complete end-to-end tracking, so your shopping experience remains perfect from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.

 

-Current Free Shipping Promotion Under our limited-time offer (valid until further notice), we provide free shipping on every order starting from February 1, 2026 – regardless of the order value or delivery destination. Enjoy luxurious delivery with no extra charges!-

 

Our Shipping Partners We work with the world’s most trusted international couriers: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All packages are delivered door-to-door, and a signature is usually required upon receipt to ensure maximum security. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or any locations where personal handover cannot be guaranteed.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • -Order processing: We normally hand your package over to the courier within 24 hours (counted from the moment payment is confirmed).
  • -Within the EU: 2–4 business days.
  • -International destinations (outside the EU – USA, UK, Asia, etc.): 4–7 business days. In rare cases, extra delays may occur due to customs clearance or local public holidays.


Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is prepared and handed over to the courier, we immediately send you the tracking number or direct link by email. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment at any time on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx or UPS tracker) or directly in your account on our site.


Shipping Fees (after the current promotion ends) Once the promotion expires, the following standard rates will apply:

  • -Within the EU: €10 shipping fee for orders under €99; free shipping on orders of €99 and above.
  • -International (outside the EU): €20 shipping fee for orders under €199; free shipping on orders of €199 and above. (The final shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout and depends on weight, destination country, and any active offers.)


Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • -Within the European Union: All applicable costs (including VAT) are already included in the final price displayed – no extra customs duties or fees will be charged.
  • -Outside the European Union (international orders): Import duties, customs clearance fees, local import taxes/VAT, and any other government charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the total amount you pay us (order subtotal + shipping). The courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) handles the customs process in the destination country and will collect any due amounts either before delivery or at the time of handover (usually via online payment or directly to the driver). NadaNoir cannot predict or pre-calculate these charges in advance and does not cover them. We strongly recommend checking your country’s customs and import rules before ordering (for example: USA – cbp.gov; UK – gov.uk).


Payment Methods We accept secure and convenient options: credit/debit cards, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay.


Order Cancellation If you change your mind after placing the order, please let us know as soon as possible – ideally within 1 hour of submission – via email or WhatsApp. Early notification helps us prevent unnecessary dispatch and avoids potential extra costs.


Returns

  • -You have a 14-day cooling-off / return period in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
  • -The cost of returning the item is usually paid by the customer (except when the product is defective or damaged – in those cases we cover the return shipping).
  • -If you return the complete order and originally paid for shipping, we will refund the shipping fee as well. Please note that any customs fees you may have paid on international returns are non-refundable. For step-by-step instructions, please visit our “Returns” page.
