Returns & Refunds

NadaNoir offers the world’s most exclusive designer pieces – we have tailored our return process to match this premium standard, making it safe, simple, and stress-free.

Return Timeframe

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of delivery (in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations).
  • You must notify us of your intention to return (or post the package) no later than the 14th day. Any postal delay is the buyer’s responsibility – don’t wait until the last moment!

Conditions for Returnable Items The item must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition:

  • All original designer labels, security seals, hang tags, protective pouches, dust bags, authenticity cards, boxes, and accessories must be included intact.
  • Shoes: may only be tried on over clean, soft surfaces, must be returned in the original box with all protective materials.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, body-care products: for hygiene reasons, only accepted if unopened (seal intact).
  • Personalised (custom), final sale, or heavily discounted items are non-returnable (except in case of defect).
  • If an item smells, has been washed, worn, damaged, is incomplete, or has had labels/seals removed, we will refuse the return and ship the package back to you (at the buyer’s expense).

How to Start a Return

  1. Notification: Email us at  with your order number, email address, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our customer service team will send you detailed instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

What We Refund

  • We refund the full product price to the original payment method (credit/debit card, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay) once the item has arrived, been inspected, and approved.
  • Processing time: usually 10–14 business days (inspection + bank processing time).
  • When returning an entire order, we also refund the original shipping fee (except for international customs duties, taxes, or insurance fees).
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Exchanges are currently not available (except for defective items, where we send a replacement). For a different size or colour, please start a return and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted from the country to which the original order was shipped (otherwise additional costs will apply).
  • We are not responsible for lost packages or packages held by customs if you did not use the recommended carrier.
  • In case of damaged delivery: report within 24 hours with photo documentation.
